Stay away from the lights!May 14, 2008

I also purchased 2 pair of black Rope lights for my home theater, but I purchased mine on ebay from this same retail company (christmas Central) that sells everstar lights. Both arived not working (broken bulbs) so I called the retailer up and she was going to send me replacements but I asked her to check them first she called back about 10 mins. later and told me that they were also no good. So she refund my money btw she was very friendly, I'm glad about that. In my book Christmas Central gets a 10+ and Everstar lights -10.
Everstar lights are Very very Baaad! So stay away from the lights, don't go, into, Everstar lights!!!!!!!! lol!

I ordered multiple sets of 3 colors of this product. Although in boxes with identical photos and print, some of the strings I received were clearly made by different manufacturers. The style of the rope lights were different, and, most aggrevating of all, they had plugs that were not compatible. I could not connect all of them together as planned. In addition, the merchant's return policy appears to be designed with a level of difficulty to discourage returns. So I will keep what I received, but will definately never order from this vendor again. If you do, read their return policy before you place your order so you know what to expect, and check your order immediately upon receiving it.
