I bought this item for our Oct. 3 wedding to remember the grand parents who could not attend. It added beautiful light to the welcome table and was better than I expected.

The glass was exactly what we described, but no floating candle was provided. Amazon quickly took care of the problem, but the hassle was a turn off. Would have given 5 out of 5 star if the candle came on the first shipment.

I like the memorial vase, but as I saw in a previous review I didn't get the floating candle either. You think after already receiving a bad review that they would check the product to make sure that everything is included. I guess I shouldn't assume this would happen.

I was very disappointed when I received my candle holder, but no floating candle. I called Amazon and recieved the big run around. I was to return the item and a new complete one would be sent. Due to time line this was not acceptable, all I needed was the candle. Then I spoke to a different representative and was told that the item was out of stock, all they would be able to do was credit my account for the missing item. The candle holder is just OK, hard to read the words that are etched into the glass. I would not recommend this for a memorial candle.

My daughter will use this at her wedding to light the candle to remember those with not with her on her special day. The best quality we have seen.
