I basically bought this candle because I needed to spend a bit more to qualify for free shipping. From the picture I thought it would be about the size of a coaster. I almost gasped when it arrived as it is around the size of the container that your typical lip balm would come in - extremely small. I love naturally oils and products as much as the next person but spending $7 on a candle that burned for a couple hours is a bit beyond my means. It was a very good smelling candle but I ended up snoozing for a half hour or so and missed most of it.

Greenfire candles are awesome! They smell wonderful and they are safe to burn. And they work awesome for massages, too. I have tested many of the scents at Greenfire's booth at Seattle craft fairs, and they're all great, but Plumeria is my favorite. I have a couple sizes in Plumeria, and even the small one scents my whole living room in no time, but it's light -- not overpowering. I have several Greenfire candles and they burn for a long time, too. I don't buy any other kind/brand of candle any more!

This item was a HUGE disappointment which is a funny description since the candle itself was miniscule. It took a long time to burn and was enough for about a five minute shoulder massage. Does not compare to other massage candles I have purchased the wax is not smooth or easy to massage with. I wasted my money.

Although it clearly states 1oz, you don't realize just how small it is until you see it. The tin is only slightly larger than a quarter in diameter and its about 1 1/2inches deep. So $7 for a single use candle was way too much. But, it does smell really good and its excellent as a massage oil candle. The cool thing about it, when the oil cools on the skin it does re-solidify but as you continue to rub it keeps re-melting so you don't need a lot to cover a lot of area. Do yourself a favor and just spend the little extra for the bigger sized ones.
