the product is great- i love the kitsch value and it arrived (eventually) exactly as represented. the company? that's a different story. i'm just going to say i wouldn't order from this company again if my life depended on it. their "customer service" department is seemingly just a front for bitter people to work out their inferiority complexes through sarcasm. doubt me? read through some of the negative posts and take note of the company's replies back to their CUSTOMERS who are simply looking for answers. if you don't have to deal with customer service, though, you'll probably be fine.

I bought this for a wonderfully quirky friend & when she opened it, we went through the costumes & dressed up the flamingo. It was hilarious & the creativity of the costumes was quite extraordinary. Seasonal & Holiday themed hats, some with beards, jackets with velcro closures. So much fun, we laughed our butts off. On Thanksgiving, your flamingo turns into a turkey. It was delivered in a very timely fashion. Two complaints, the black paint on the flamingo was chipped & the elastic on the hat is too loose, we are going to use velcro. Minor issues. Also, during the rainy season, it needs to be under cover & out of range of sprinklers. It is too well done to ruin the costumes. It is a great gift & a good value. Now I want one.

These outfits will definitely grab the neighbors' attention. Even a UPS driver left us a note when dropping off a package saying how much she loved our flamingo's outfit. These ensembles are complete with accessories (beards, hats, necklaces, etc.) which makes them even better.
Included are outfits for every season/holiday. I don't think there has been a time where I couldn't find an appropriate costume.
The flamingo that is included in the set is kind of ugly and has a cheaper quality than most other yard flamingos, so I don't use it. I dress up another flamingo that I already own, which would probably explain why the outfits don't fit very well. They are a bit loose and can shift into less attractive positions. The hats and head accessories don't stay on and I have to double loop the elastic band around the head - an easy fix.
The quality is not bad. You get what you pay for. I've only gone through the costumes once, but nothing has broke yet. However, I would try to keep the outfits out of the elements as much as possible to extend the lifespan (under your roof's eave, in the shade, blocked from the wind, etc.).
Overall, I would recommend this. The costumes are cute and are good for a laugh.
