We bought this little figurine when our house wasn't selling. We figured it couldn't hurt. Buried it as suggested. House sold within a month. Ok, it was for about 7% less than we were asking, but that was fine with us. Now the little guy is featured in my husband's new shop/garage, where he looks right at home. What can we say? It worked for us.
Craftsmanship wasn't perfect, but he gets buried in the ground so that didn't matter much.
