I live in a rural, economically repressed, area where houses will often sit on the market for a year or more without any activity. This is the second St. Joseph statue I have used, both with great results. My first house sold after being on the market for only 6 days. When I sold my second home, I did not use a St. Joseph statue at first and my house was on the market for 2 months and had only been shown 3 times-to three different couples. Within 24 hours of burying this St. Joseph statue and saying the prayer, I received a call from the realtor telling me that an offer would be coming in within a week. By the end of the week, I received 2 offers despite the fact that my house had not been shown again. My realtor also took several phone calls from individuals who wanted to see the house over the weekend while I was trying to decide on which offer to accept. One individual even wanted to make and offer on the house over the phone without seeing it. I will definitely use a St. Joseph statue anytime I sell a house.

Very happy with St Joseph. As soon as I put him on the property we got a contract.
This contract did not work but the second one did. I am very pleased and so is the
new owner.
Now, he needs to work again on my son's condo. I will write again when he works
again. Thank you.

I said the prayer daily, I buried him as the directions said....nothing. Three months on the market, all of the realtors told me the house showed well, it was priced right....all the buyers liked the house...but no offers. Houses all around me sold at higher prices....nothing on mine....
