I was very excited when I ordered this, and even more excited when I received it! The pendant and chain were absolutely beautiful, the picture really doesn't do it justice. I also was very surprised how lovely the chain was. I highly recommend this seller! I will be buying from them again!

Purchased this medal for Father's Day 2011 gift for a person in the military. The medal was very nice but the chain was not. It was hard to get the chain on as it doesn't have a clasp and is tight. Once on it was impossible to take off so it was worn all day every day. The person wearing it ended up having a green mark on the back of their neck from the chain (indicates lesser quality stainless steel with copper in it, makes me question content of the "silver" medal). Because of the skin discoloration we broke the chain so it could be taken off. The medal is very nice BUT definitely need to purchase a new chain if you're giving it as a gift to avoid disappointment.

Nice gift for a family member. Arrived in excellent shape and in a nice package/box. The chain was a better quality than i had figured.

I only commented on the medallion because the chain broke in the first week. I forgot it was still on and took my shirt off and snapped the chain clean in two. The medallion is good quality. I've worn it everyday for months and is has not faded or rubbed off.
