 Pretty happy but not over the moon...Aug 31, 2010

First, even though my wife thinks I'm nuts, I don't think the medallion looks that much like the pictures on the site. I was expecting something a bit more rugged and I don't feel I got that. However, the medallion is unique in its own way, hardly generic like so many of the ones that I looked at before buying this one.
BEWARE of the 20" chain, it is way too short for me and most other guys I suspect. You'll probably want at least a 22" chain if not a 24" chain. My wife had to track down a different chain for me. The stock one made me feel like I was wearing a choker or something.
So, besides those two relatively small gripes, I'm happy with my decision to get this particular medallion.

I bought this medal as a gift for my brother before he had surgery and was not disappointed. The medal was heavier than I had expected but was perfect for my brother. He really enjoyed the distressed look since he isn't really a jewelry wearer. Very well crafted and came with a nice chain. Very nice piece overall.

This was a perfect gift for a young adult. The medal itself was modern and very nice.
The chain was nice but the clasp somewhat difficult to close. Very prompt delivery. Overall, a product worth purchasing.

I couldn't find the exact one they used in the Charlie St. Cloud movie, but I like how this one is in the same "mood" as that one. This one is two sided. The first is as shown and the back is of a dove "falling to earth" or diving down (?) and it is over the trinity symbol. It does come with the necklace, which is 20 inches. The packaging is gift quality and they include a polishing cloth as sterling silver tarnishes.
