| Home » The Legend of the Dogwood | | | | | | | Description: | | A touching religious story about the dogwood, this illustrated tale reveals that the slight tree once grew as strong as the oak. After the Romans used the dogwood to form the cross to crucify Jesus, the dogwood asked Jesus to forgive him. Jesus decreed that the tree would never be used in such a way again, and thus it now grows as a petite, beautiful plant. In the spirit of the Easter season, this tender book inspires families and teaches them about remorse and forgiveness.
