Orders are processed and usually fulfilled within 3-7 days. You can reasonably expect to receive your order 7 - 14 days after it is placed.

We are sorry we cannot shop to APO or PO boxes economically. Nor do we ship internationally or to Alaska or Hawaii for the rates displayed on the website.

If you do not have fixed address in the lower 48 US states, please email us for actual shipping charges. We may be able to ship to you if the extra shipping and handling charges are paid via PayPal.

In some cases, when the shipping rates quoted on the website are not high enough to cover our actual shipping charges, we will call or email you to request approval of higher shipping charges or to find out if you wish to cancel your order.
